The system contains one central node controlled by the operator and arbitrary amount of additional checkpoints
The workflow
1
Track arrives at the WEIGHING TERMINAL
For a new track, a new entry in the system interface is made by the operator. For a returning track the number-plate needs to be mapped it in the system, the trigger is activated, the indicator flips red
2
Data sync - 1
WEIGHT is recorder - Gross (kg), number plate PICTURE is recorded in the system, the indicator flips green
3
Track arrives at the checkpoint - the WAREHOUSE
Trigger is activated, number-plate is mapped in the system, the indicator flips red.
4
Data sync-2
The track load PICTURE, and the number-plate is recorded in the system, the indicator flips green
5
Unloading
The track unloads in the WAREHOUSE
6
Track leaves the WAREHOUSE and stops for checkup
Trigger is activated, number-plate is mapped in the system, the indicator flips red
7
Data sync-3
The unloaded track body PICTURE, and tracks number-plate PICTURE is saved in the system, the indicator flips green
8
Second WEIGHTING
The track arrives at the WEIGHING TERMINAL, Trigger is activated, number-plate is mapped in the system, the indicator flips red
9
Data sync-4 and chek-up
WEIGHT is recorder - Tare (kg). number plate PICTURE is recorded in the system, the indicator flips green. The operator checks LIVE INTERFACE for the stored data to be consistent, then it lets the track go
10
Summary repport on demand
The calculated Net (kg), time, number-plate, and pictures data is aggregated over the required time period and exported to the operator in a spreadsheet format
